Job Summary 

Sahel Consulting is hiring a qualified project coordinator to supervise and execute ideas for an agricultural system resilience enhancement project.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate between government agencies, research institutions, and technical partners.

2. Maintain regular communication with the project steering committee and funders to guarantee strategic direction, resource allocation, and policy compliance.

3. Proactively manage project risks and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution to achieve project goals and targets.

4. Oversee project personnel, consultants, and partners to maximize their effective contribution to project outcomes.s

Requirements

1.B.Sc or Master’s degree in a relevant field like Agriculture or Environmental Science. Project Management, International Development . 

2. Minimum of 7 years with a passion for agriculture.

3. Proven experience in managing and coordinating complex development projects, preferably related to climate adaptation, agriculture, or resilience.
