Summary
Olam Agri is seeking a Miller to manage daily milling operations, maintain product quality, optimise plant performance, and lead milling teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily milling operations and ensure efficient plant performance.
• Maintain product quality, extraction levels, and production targets.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and track downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, GMP, QMS, FSMS, and 5S standards.
• Control operational costs, minimise waste, and support process improvement.
• Lead, train, and manage milling teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Food Science.
• Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in milling.
• Experience in feed milling, production operations, troubleshooting, and team management.
• NABIMS certification or a Diploma in Milling is an advantage.
• Strong technical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
