Job Summary 

Olam Agri seeks a qualified production manager to meet production volume and improve and modify safe operations. 

Responsibilities

1. Carry out the production plan to reach the oil and meal volume and quality goals.

2. Collaborate with the shift supervisor to arrange material input details following the production plan.

3. Work with the maintenance manager to get replacement components and carry out all preventive maintenance programs.

4. Guarantee peak performance, reduce plant downtime, and monitor daily maintenance reports.

Requirements

1. B.Sc/ HND  in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical.

2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a large solvent extraction plant with over 1000 tons per day capacity.

3. Experience with modern solvent extraction technology is considered an added advantage.
