Summary
The International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), on behalf of the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI), is hiring Research Supervisors to support livestock feed innovation and dairy research activities.

Responsibilities

• Support forage demonstration plots and feed units.
• Assist with improved feed formulation and feeding trials.
• Collect and manage field data on feed, forage, and dairy production.
• Monitor technology adoption and farmer practices.
• Support field visits, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Assist in implementing alternative feed technologies, including HQCP, BSFL, and crop residue utilisation.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of livestock and dairy value chains.
• Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project locations.
