TechnoServe is looking for a Senior Dairy Productivity Specialist to manage and support a team of Dairy Productivity Advisors under the guidance of the Senior Program Manager.
1. Organise and plan the smallholder herders’ backward integration with Danone in the dairy value chain.
2. Develop and review gender KPIs regularly with the M&E and the Gender and Youth Manager.
3. Create a job description for community trainers to assist the dairy productivity advisers.
4. Establish self-help groups for Danone supply, milk aggregation, and training interventions.
1. B.Sc/ HND in Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine. Animal Science and other related fields with 5 years experience
2. MSc in Agriculture, Veterinary Medicine. Animal Science and other related fields with 3 years of practical experience.
