Summary
Olam Agri is seeking an experienced Broiler Breeder Farm Manager to oversee broiler breeder operations across multiple rearing and production farms. The role involves managing flock performance, biosecurity, bird health, staff, and farm operations to maximise hatching egg production while ensuring high standards of animal welfare and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage broiler breeder flocks from rearing through production to achieve optimal productivity.
• Oversee feeding programmes, bird nutrition, vaccination schedules, and flock health.
• Enforce biosecurity protocols and ensure compliance with animal welfare standards.
• Supervise, train, and manage farm personnel to improve operational performance.
• Monitor production data, analyse performance, and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and oversee farm infrastructure and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Bachelor’s degree, or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Animal Health and Production, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in broiler breeder farm operations.
• Strong leadership, livestock management, and data analysis skills.
• Extensive knowledge of poultry production, biosecurity, animal health, and breeder management.
