Summary

Olam Agri i seeking a Management Associate who will support the Business Head in driving operational transformation and improvement initiatives across the Côte d’Ivoire operations. The role focuses on coordinating strategic projects, tracking performance, and ensuring effective collaboration across teams to deliver operational efficiency and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track operational transformation projects across the business
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and transparency across operations

• Support the Business Head in executing strategic initiatives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and monitor progress on key deliverables

• Prepare management dashboards, progress trackers, and briefing notes for leadership reviews
• Monitor Africa’s Trading P&L and provide variance analysis and performance insights
• Identify improvements in processes, supply chain practices, and data systems to drive efficiency and profitability

Requirements

• Recent MBA graduate (2024–2026)
• Strong analytical and execution capabilities
• Exposure to commodities, supply chains, or trading is an advantage
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and basic data analytics
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
