Summary
Sahel Consulting is recruiting a People and Culture Associate to support HR operations and employee experience across the organisation. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes (probation, performance reviews, exits)
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS/ATS systems
  • Support performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement
  • Assist with policy implementation and labour law compliance
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in HR/People Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., SeamlessHR, PeopleHum)
  • CIPM certification is a plus
