Sunbeth Global Concepts, a global agro-commodities sourcing and trading company, has been announced as the Co-Convener of the Agriculture Summit Africa (ASA) 2025.

This summit, hosted by Sterling Bank, is the continent’s leading platform for advancing agricultural transformation, sustainability, and food security.

The 2025 edition of ASA aims to redefine how Africa feeds itself through inclusive, sustainable, and innovative actions.

As Co-Convener, Sunbeth Global Concepts will play a strategic role in shaping the summit’s direction, fostering multi-sector collaborations, and driving discussions that result in practical solutions for Africa’s agricultural future.

The summit is expected to gather policymakers, development partners, agripreneurs, and investors to share insights and build partnerships that strengthen food systems across the continent.

Sunbeth’s Managing Director, Olasunkanmi Owoyemi, described the partnership as a major step towards agricultural empowerment and sustainability.

“We are proud to partner as Co-Convener of Agriculture Summit Africa 2025. At Sunbeth, we see agriculture as a pathway to empowerment, sustainability, and shared prosperity.

“ASA 2025 presents a unique opportunity to convene key stakeholders to chart actionable pathways for reclaiming Africa’s food destiny,” Owoyemi said.

Also commenting, Olushola Obikanye, Group Head, Agric and Solid Mineral Finance at Sterling Bank, noted that Sunbeth’s expertise in agribusiness and farmer empowerment aligns with the summit’s vision.

“Sunbeth’s leadership in agribusiness and agricultural investment makes them a natural partner for ASA 2025”.

“Their work in empowering farmers, building partnerships, and promoting sustainable practices mirrors the summit’s goal to move Africa from potential to productivity,” Obikanye said
