Summary

The Global Greengrants Fund (GGF) is seeking a Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate initiatives that support grassroots energy justice movements worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Drive Energy Impact Area strategy, monitoring, and learning
• Support grassroots movements toward a just transition to renewable energy
• Build partnerships, share insights, and represent GGF globally

Experience

• Experience in environmental, social justice, feminist, gender, or human rights organisations.
• Strong knowledge of climate justice, energy systems, and grassroots movements.
• Program planning, coordination, and change management experience.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel internationally (approx. 8–10 weeks/year).
