Summary

IITA is seeking a suitable candidate for the role of Information and Technology Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other Single Points of Contact (SPOCs) to log all end-user requests, issues, complaints, and incidents.
• Work with end-users to define and achieve required PC service levels.
• Assess computer hardware malfunctions and software application issues to determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement 

• National Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology or related field 
• Minimum of six (6) years’ experience performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
• Must be a  good client relationship and management, customer services, Microsoft Client technologies management (Windows 7.8.10.11)
• Must be able to work during working hours and non-working hours if required.
