Summary
Lersha is seeking a Product Manager to oversee their digital products and create user-centred solutions for the agricultural sector.

Responsibilities

• Defining product requirements based on user feedback
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and launch features
• Managing product roadmaps, testing, and performance tracking
• Supporting onboarding, adoption, and product rollout
• Maintaining feedback loops for continuous improvement

Requirement 

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Agriculture Technology, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in agri-tech, social enterprise, or tech sectors
• Applicants with strong skills in user research, data analysis, performance tracking, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder engagement
