Job Summary 

Olam Agri is hiring a national category manager to lead sales (GM sales) and trade marketing for their beverage category in Nigeria, which encompasses all channels. The ideal candidate will be qualified for this role.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement sales strategies for Nigeria Beverages, leveraging trade insights and growth opportunities to increase volume.

2 . Work with the National Fleet Manager to oversee van operation effectiveness and capacity utilization.

3. Create a detailed trade promotion plan using a targeted approach.

4 . Partner with Marketing to execute shopper interventions and trade activation plans, improving visibility, shelf share, and tertiary sales.

Requirements

1. Proven track record (12+ years) in Sales, Trade Marketing, Route to Market, and/or Sales Capability 2.Experience in designing and executing Trade Activation programs to gain market share in competitive environments.

3. MBA from a Tier 1 Premier Institute preferred.
