Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 8–15 years of industrial engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a maintenance leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing or process industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, reliability engineering, industrial safety, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
