Summary 

One Acre Fund is seeking a seasoned HR professional to strengthen our people systems, performance management, and employee relations. This role partners with leadership to ensure workforce stability, compliance, and organisational effectiveness at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Co-design and implement people strategies; translate organisational goals into practical HR frameworks.
  • Lead the annual Performance Development Review (PDR) cycle.
  • Collaborate on L&D solutions and manage the annual training tracker and database.
  • Act as a key advisor on labour regulations and HR policies.
  • Oversee the employee lifecycle (probation, promotions, transfers) and partner with hiring managers on staffing decisions.
  • Manage HR dashboards and trackers and provide regular insights on headcount, attrition, and compliance risks to the People Lead.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in HR principles, practices, and legislation, with a strong background as an HRBP.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, database management, and data analysis for tracking training effectiveness and workforce metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills for designing training content and facilitating sessions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and collaborative team skills.
