Summary

Responsibilities

• Receive and measure fuel using flow meters; verify quantity and quality.
• Dispense fuel and store items to vehicles and generators strictly via approved slips and SRVs.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records for all stored items and support asset listing activities.
• Provide monthly usage reports for charge-back processes and raise replenishment requests.
• Coordinate daily warehousing activities and perform regular inventory audits.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Business Administration, Purchasing & Supply, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role within a well-structured environment.

• Proficiency in store management, inventory control, and documentation.
• Ability to inspect deliveries for discrepancies and optimise workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literacy with the ability to use relevant applications effectively
