Summary

Olam Agri is seeking a Maintenance Manager who will lead and optimise all maintenance activities for high-capacity pasta production lines, with a strong focus on FAVA pasta lines. The role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, maximising OEE, and managing total cost of ownership in line with international standards. 

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure maximum uptime
• Improve OEE and manage planned shutdowns on FAVA pasta lines
• Ensure accurate maintenance records in SAP

• Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, compressors, feeders, and packing systems
• Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives

• Manage maintenance budgets and optimise spare parts inventory
• Oversee vendor contracts and achieve total cost of ownership targets

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team
• Promote safety culture and alignment with plant KPIs

• Ensure adherence to safety policies and ISO 22000 principles
• Conduct audits and implement corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering
• 5–7 years’ experience in maintenance management within a high-capacity pasta manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with FAVA pasta lines (highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of OEE, TCO, and equipment optimisation
• Proficiency in SAP for maintenance and spare parts management
• Solid understanding of utility systems and industrial safety standards
