The Shift Miller (Aqua) role focuses on operational performance, quality consistency, cost control, and effective supervision of production teams during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent quality and performance of aqua-feed production
• Manage mill operations to achieve production targets and efficiency goals
• Drive continuous operational improvement and yield optimisation
• Control raw material, intermediate, and finished goods inventory
• Monitor and control operational costs, including labour, energy, and maintenance
• Maintain high standards of site hygiene, safety, and plant conditions
• Supervise, motivate, and manage production teams on shift
• Implement and support preventive maintenance to minimise downtime
• Monitor production variances and take corrective action as required

Requirements

• B.Tech or BE degree from a reputable institution
• 5–6 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to multiple milling lines
