Summary
The Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year initiative designed to develop early-career talent through hands-on experience across key functions such as Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, and Human Resources. 

Participants will gain structured learning, real-world exposure, and the opportunity to build a meaningful career in a global, purpose-driven organisation.

Who Can Apply

• Recent graduates with a BSc or B.Eng. in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting/Finance, or Human Resources
• Must have a minimum of Second-Class Upper (2.1)
• Must not be older than 26 years as of March 2026
• Must have completed NYSC or hold an exemption certificate
  Must be willing to reside in Lagos
